Pancakes
Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, beaten lightly, 8 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg in mixing bowl.
Beat lightly, but leave batter a little lumpy.
Melt butter in 12-inch skillet.
When very hot, pour in batter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes to golden brown.
Sprinkle with sugar and put briefly back in oven.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve with raspberry jam.
