Pancakes
Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. master mix, 1 1/3 c. water and 1 whole egg, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place mix in large mixing bowl; make a well in center.
In separate bowl combine water and egg yolk.
Add all at once to mix; stir until flour is just moistened.
Whip egg white to soft peak stage.
Fold beaten egg white into batter.
For thinner batter, add 1 or 2 tablespoons additional water.
Bake on hot greased griddle.
Makes sixteen 4-inch pancakes.
