Pan Rolls
Pan Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 1 c. scalded milk, 1 c. butter and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle yeast into water; let stand a few minutes, then stir until dissolved.
Pour hot milk over butter, sugar and salt.
Cool until lukewarm.
Add yeast, eggs and half of the flour; beat well. Add more flour to make a dough that will not stick to bowl.
Put into greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours).
Punch down and turn out on board.
Shape in 50 balls and put close together in pan.
Let double 30 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes.
