Pan, Pineapple Cake
Pan, Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 small bag pecans, 1 c. coconuts and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix with eggs, water and oil.
Drain pineapple.
Mix all together in long cake pan.
Grease and flour first.
Pour in and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
While cake is still hot, mix icing. Put sugar and margarine in pan.
Bring to a boil.
Take and pour over hot cake.
First take a knife, put holes in cake.
Mix nuts and coconut icing.
Pour over cake; let cool.
