Pan Fries
Pan Fries is an easy dinner. Made with 8 large irish potatoes, 2 large onions, 1/2 c. olive oil and seasonings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash potatoes and slice (with skins left on).
Slice onions into rings.
In large skillet, pour oil.
Let it heat to almost boiling and add potatoes and onions.
Season with salt and pepper and other seasonings to taste.
Cook, covered, for about 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook until light brown.
Fork will stick through potatoes easily when done.
