Pan-Fried Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 strips bacon, 1 tbsp. water, salt and pepper and 6 to 8 sliced squash (or shredded cabbage), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Add sliced squash and water.
Cook, covered on low until done.
Scorching slightly adds to taste!
