Pan-Fried Fish
Pan-Fried Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, italian bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. ranch dressing and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix eggs, milk, dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Rinse fish fillets; pat dry with paper towel.
Soak in egg mixture and bread with crumbs.
Fry fillets in small amount of oil until golden brown.
When fillets are almost cooked, pour a capful of lemon juice in frying pan and cover.
Serve immediately.
