Made with 1 lb. hamburger meat and 1 chopped onion, browned and drained, 2 c. prepared minute rice, 1 1/2 lb. grated cheese, 12 corn tortillas (small) and 2 cans enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat together the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Add picante sauce to taste.

Layer as follows in 9 x 13-inch greased pan

6 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), Ranch Style beans, hamburger meat and onions, rice, 1/2 the cheese, 6 corn tortillas (dipped in enchilada sauce), remaining enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.

Cook in 425Β° oven until cheese melts, 30 to 40 minutes.
