Pan Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 cube margarine, 1 c. sifted powdered sugar and 1/2 (9 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble together first 3 ingredients; pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° until light brown.
Mix together powdered sugar, 1/2 of a 9 ounce Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread on crust.
Mix the pudding and spread on the above.
Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
