Pan Coating is an easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. crisco shortening, 3 tbsp. flour and 3 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients together.
Mixture will be stiff.
Store in a lidded jar in the refrigerator. Coat pans with this mixture. Do not use flour after coating.
