Pan Bread
Pan Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. honey and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together water and yeast.
Add all other ingredients.
Turn out onto floured board.
Knead 5 minutes.
Heat oven slightly then turn off.
Put dough into greased bowl and place in warmed oven. Let rise for 45 minutes (until double the size).
Spread in pizza pan.
Put back into warm oven to rise again (30 minutes).
Bake 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Take out of oven and butter top.
Cut in pizza wedges.
