Pam's Rolls
Pam'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald milk with butter or margarine; cool to warm, but not real hot.
Add to sugar, salt and yeast.
Stir in 2 cups of flour. Add beaten egg, then remaining flour.
Form into a ball on floured surface and knead until it forms a ball.
Put in greased bowl and let rise until doubled, about 20 to 30 minutes.
