Pacific Lime Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. lime jello, 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese and 1/2 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add juice. Cool jello until slightly thickened.
Beat until frothy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until set.
Nice in ring mold.
