Ozark Pudding
Ozark Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 to 3 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease pie pan (preferably glass).
Preheat oven to 325Β°. Combine egg and sugar in bowl.
Add flour; mix until mixture cleans sides of bowl (will be little thicker than muffin mix). Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
Pour into pie pan.
(It will spread out; don't you do it.)
It will spread itself in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes, or until top is crusty.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
