Oysters Rockefeller
Oysters Rockefeller is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, drained and cooled, 1 bunch green onions, cut into small pieces, 1 bunch parsley, washed, drained and snipped in sections, 1 head lettuce, washed and drained and broken into bite size pieces and 1 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 450°.
Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor and chop finely.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
Purée until all ingredients are smoothly blended into a sauce.
