Oysters Rockefeller
Oysters Rockefeller is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 medium oysters, 6 large oyster shells (real or foil), 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place crumbs mixed with melted butter in bottom of shells, reserving half for topping.
Top crumbs with oysters, onion, parsley, spinach and remainder of crumbs.
Dot with butter and fish seasoning.
Bake at 450Β° for 10 minutes.
Serve with potato chips and green salad.
Serves 6.
