Oysters Mosca
Oysters Mosca is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 doz. oysters, 1/2 c. olive oil with 3 cloves garlic crushed in it, 1 c. progresso italian bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dip oysters in oil, then in bread crumbs.
Lay in buttered baking dish (no more than 2 to a layer).
Heat butter, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in saucepan.
Pour over oysters, then top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 450Β° oven for 20 minutes.
