Oyster Stew
Oyster Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) cup fresh oysters, 1/2 stick butter, 4 c. milk, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil oysters in about 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Lower heat to medium-low.
Add milk and butter. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Do not boil.
If like, add pinch of cayenne pepper or dash of Tabasco sauce.
