Oyster Roll
Oyster Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 cans smoked oysters, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic, pressed and 1/2 small onion, pressed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream enough mayonnaise into the cream cheese to hold it together.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion and mix well.
Spread to 1/2-inch thickness on waxed paper.
Chop oysters and spread them on top of cream cheese mixture.
Roll as for jelly roll using a knife to start it.
Chill for 24 hours.
Serve with toast rounds or crackers.
