Oyster Corn Casserole
Oyster Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. melted margarine, 4 c. crumbled saltine crackers, 1 pt. canned oysters, drained and rinsed, 2 cans creamed corn and 1/2 c. cream (half and half), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the first 2 ingredients together.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Layer crackers, corn mixture, oysters, crackers, corn mixture and oysters.
Top with crackers.
In a 2-quart casserole, bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
