Cut up potatoes into chunks.
Leave skin on potatoes.
Boil until almost soft.
Fry bacon and crumble into potatoes.
Don't drain all of the water from potatoes.
Add 1 can evaporated milk. 1 can oysters, salt, pepper, hot sauce and paprika along with onions.
Simmer until onions are soft.
