Oyster Casserole
Oyster Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small (4 oz.) box saltines, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1/3 stick butter, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil milk.
Remove from heat and drop in oysters for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove oysters.
Crumble 1/2 saltines in dish.
Top with 1/2 oysters, celery and cheese.
Repeat.
Top with thin layer of saltines and cheese.
Salt and pepper. Mix eggs, butter, Texas Pete and thyme in milk.
Pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
