Overnight Rolls
Overnight Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cake yeast, 3 c. warm water, 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Start these rolls at 5 p.m.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add 7 to 9 cups flour and salt.
Mix as you would any yeast dough.
Should be a little bit sticky. Punch down every hour for 5 hours.
Shape into rolls, buns, coffee cake, etc., then put on greased pans.
Cover with a light cloth and let stand overnight on counter.
