Overnight Roast
Overnight Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 6 lb. round steak roast and 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Braise on both sides (stove top or grill).
Place roast in baking dish.
Sprinkle with all of the onion soup mix.
Add water, enough to come halfway up sides of roast.
Top completely with heavy-duty foil or 2 sheets regular foil.
This should make container steamproof.
Cook in 225Β° hours. to bed.
Roast will be ready tomorrow a.m.
