Overnight Lasagna
Overnight Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or italian sausage, 1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce, 1 c. water, 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese or well drained cottage cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and water; blend well.
Simmer 5 minutes.
In medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, chives, oregano, and egg; mix well.
In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 1/2 cups sauce, top with half of lasagna noodles, half of Ricotta, top with half of the Mozzarella.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining meat sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbly.
Yields 12 servings.
