Overnight Fruit Salad
Overnight Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), c. pineapple juice, (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 c. liquid), (16 oz.) can chunky fruit salad, drained and (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook pudding mix as directed on package, using 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice for the liquid instead of milk.
Cool.
When cooled, fold in fruit.
Put into a glass serving bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
