Overnight Cookies
Overnight Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. almond extract, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
Add flavorings; mix well.
Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping teaspoon onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Place in a 350Β° oven.
Turn oven off.
Let stand for 8 to 10 hours or overnight (do not open oven).
Store in airtight container.
Yields 4 dozen.
