Overnight Coffee Cake
Overnight Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen cloverleaf rolls, 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

The night before serving, liberally grease Bundt pan.
Separate each cloverleaf roll into 3 pieces.
Combine dry pudding mix with brown sugar and pecans.
Melt butter.
Place pieces of roll in prepared pan.
Pour melted butter over dough and sprinkle with the pudding mixture.
Place pan in cold oven and cover with tea towel. The dough rises beautifully by morning.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Invert pan on serving plate immediately after removing from oven.
