Oven Tostada
Oven Tostada is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. low-fat ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 c. water or beef broth and 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground beef with onion; drain well.
Add taco seasoning, water and refried beans.
Press crescent rolls into 7 1/2 x 11 3/4-inch greased casserole dish, forming a crust.
Layer crushed corn chips over crust.
Pour ground beef mixture on top.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares; serve with condiments of your choice on top.
Serves 8.
