Oven Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew beef, 1 envelope onion soup mix (dry), 1 c. water, 1/2 c. red wine and cut up celery, carrots and potatoes (enough to serve 4), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
