Oven Stew
Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, 1 c. cut up carrots, 2 large cut up potatoes, 1 can peas and 2 chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place pieces of kielbasa in a skillet with 1/2 cup chopped scallions.
Add 1 cup water and enough red wine to cover them and cook until kielbasa are heated.
Remove them and cook down the wine a bit.
Then spoon the sauce over the kielbasa.
