Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bouillon or 1 beef bouillon cube and 1 c. water, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can potatoes, 1 1/2 lb. stew meat and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned).
Dump all in large casserole.
Cover.
Bake in oven at 250Β° for 6 to 7 hours.
