Oven Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. hash brown potatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 stick melted butter and 2 small onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and brown onion.
Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper.
Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Put grated cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
