Oven Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel potatoes, then cut or dice.
Mix onion soup mix and olive oil together in small bowl.
Put in potatoes.
Bake at 425Β° for 1 hour, or until golden brown, in baking dish.
