Oven Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. salt, parsley to taste and 15 extra large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in 9 x 12 or 9 x 13-inch pan in oven.

Tilt the pan so the sides get coated.

Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.

Beat well.

Stir in onions, parsley and pepper.

Add 1 cup grated cheese.

Pour into greased baking dish.

Top with 1/2 cup cheese (grated).

Bake at 325Β° until set, about 35 minutes. Note

Ham, bacon or sausage may be added.

Serves 10 to 12.
