Oven-Fried Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. fish, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tsp. salt, 1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs and 4 t. melted butter or oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut fish into serving-size steaks or fillets.
Dip in milk combined with salt, then in bread crumbs.
Place in a single layer in a greased shallow pan.
Pour on melted butter or oil.
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedge or Tartar Sauce.
