Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 egg, 1 t. water, 1 c. instant potato flakes and 1/2 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Skin chicken breast.
Beat egg and water together.
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then coat with potato flakes.
Place chicken on foil lined pan.
Drizzle margarine over each piece. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Do not turn chicken during cooking.
