Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cornflakes, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, dash of pepper, 2 1/2 to 3 lb. ready to cook broiler-fryer, cut up and 1/3 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crush cornflakes to make 2 cups of crumbs.
Add garlic salt and pepper.
Select broiler-fryer.
Dip pieces in margarine; roll in crumb mixture.
Place pieces, skin side up and not touching, in a greased pan.
Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Don't turn.
