Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chickens (about 1 1/2 lb.), 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. corn meal, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut chickens into pieces.
Place flour, corn meal, salt, pepper and paprika in paper sack.
Shake until well mixed.
Place 2 pieces of chicken in flour sack at a time.
Shake so that all chicken is coated well.
Put the melted butter in bottom of baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Turn chicken several times during baking time.
