Oven Chicken
Oven Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, melted, 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken, 1 1/3 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs and 2/3 c. grated romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dip chicken into butter.
Roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
Place chicken pieces, skin side up and not touching, into 2 large, shallow, greased, baking pans.
Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.
Bake at 375Β° until done, about 1 hour. Serves 8.
