Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup (light), 1 tsp. salt and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Have popped popcorn ready.
In saucepan, melt brown sugar, syrup, salt and butter together.
Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla; stir well and pour over popcorn (that's in a large sheet pan).
Cook in 200Β° oven for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
