Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1 c. margarine, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Stir well and pour over popped corn in bowl large enough to mix well.
Coat popped corn evenly.
Divide onto 2 large cookie sheets.
Bake 1 hour at 200Β°.
Stir popped corn every 15 minutes.
