Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. popped popcorn, 1 (1 lb.) can cocktail peanuts, 2 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. white sugar and 2 sticks oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Put popped popcorn and peanuts in a big roaster or pan.
Put brown sugar, white syrup and oleo in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add soda and immediately pour over popcorn and peanuts.
Put in oven and toss every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
