Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 3/4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Divide popped corn into 2 ungreased baking pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda until foamy.
Pour onto corn, stirring, until all is coated.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
