Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 9 qt. popped corn, 1 c. oleo, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1/2 tsp. soda and 2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda, for 5 minutes, mixing well and stirring.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Stir in quickly.
Pour over popped corn.
Mix well.
Put in 2 large, flat pans and place in a 250Β° oven for 1 hour.
Be sure to stir 2 or 3 times.
Store in lightly closed container.
