Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. (2 c.) brown sugar, 2 sticks oleo, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. soda (to be added after syrup has boiled) and roaster pan of popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend syrup ingredients (except soda) and boil slowly for 5 minutes.
Take off heat.
Add soda.
Stir until blended.
Pour over popped corn and mix.
Bake in same pan.
Stir until kernels are coated.
Place in 200° to 225° oven for 1 hour.
After baked, pour on counter to cool.
Kernels will be separate.
