Oven Caramel Corn

Made with 8 qt. popped corn (microwave popcorn may be used, but not buttery popcorn), 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1/2 c. white syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine sugar, margarine, syrup and salt and boil 5 minutes.
Add soda and vanilla and pour over popcorn, stirring thoroughly.
Put on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour at 200Β°. Turn every 15 minutes.
