Oven Caramel Corn
Oven Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 6 qt. popped corn and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add soda and vanilla and stir over corn.
Mix well; spread on cookie sheet(s). Place in oven at 200Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool. Break apart.
