Oven Browned Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, cut in quarters (may be peeled if desired), 1/4 c. oil and 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large plastic bag or bowl with secure lid, combine all ingredients.
Shake to be sure all potato pieces are coated with oil and onion soup mix.
Pour coated potatoes into medium size casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir once during cook time.
