Oven Beef Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean beef stew, 1 can cream of potato soup, 1 can french onion soup, chopped potatoes (optional) and chopped carrots (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
